Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE)

We are keen to support our staff on their route to obtaining professional recognition with their relevant professional body. We provide Training Agreements to candidates to ensure that they are provided the right support all the way through their journey to chartered status. This Training Agreement is a structured training programme which sets how we will help you get the knowledge, skills and experience required to reach your intended level of professional development. We provide mentors throughout your chosen pathway to ensure the correct support is on hand to guide you through the process.

The majority of our engineering staff look to progress their professional career with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). We are an ICE approved employer and currently support people right from trainee level to
fellowship applications.
