How are we supporting Flood & Coast?
Throughout the three days of this year's Flood & Coast event, we'll be represented by presenters and attendees from across our disciplines. You'll find us delivering Industry-Led Sessions, facilitating workshops and skills sessions, supporting our clients and partners in the exhibition hall and celebrating the outstanding achievements of the FCERM community at the Flood & Coast Excellence Awards.
Find out more about the sessions we'll be delivering below.

We're also contributing to Flood & Coast's online webinar series, by supporting the delivery of two sessions. On 28 May we'll be co-presenting 'Cognitive empathy: a critical skill for high performing teams in FCERM', alongside Scaffold Coaching - providing attendees with an opportunity to learn more about cognitive empathy as a strategic leadership skill in flood and coastal risk management. Whilst on 29 May we'll be presenting the highly interactive session, 'Communicating with impact', alongside speakers from the Environment Agency, WSP and North Kent Marshes Internal Drainage Board. Delivered by early years career professionals and their mentors, the session will share tools and techniques to build confidence and communicate with impact. Find out more about these sessions and register to attend here.
