JBA at UKREiiF 2026: Unlocking resilient development
From 19 – 21 May, we will return to the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), a major event shaping the future of development and infrastructure. With resilience, water and sustainability driving much of this year’s conversation, our latest insight introduces the JBA team heading to Leeds and outlines some of the activities we have lined up.

Throughout the three-day conference, we will be hosting a series of informal discussions, drop-in sessions and themed conversations from our pavilion in the Dockside & Dock Water zone. Designed to encourage open and insightful discussions on our expertise in flood, water and risk management, visitors can:
- Speak to our senior specialists on unlocking flood-risk constrained development
- Understand risk for better investment decisions
- Learn about our expertise in resilience and climate change
- Explore our work as innovators in technology
On Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:00-14:00 our pavilion will host drop-in opportunities designed to help visitors navigate planning, policy and technical challenges in flood risk management. Throughout these sessions, our team will be on hand to provide tailored advice, while live demonstrations using our wave tank and hydraulic flume will help illustrate key principles in flood and coastal risk management.
