Due to growth, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to be based in one of our Yorkshire offices. Ideal candidates will bring relevant experience, having worked as either a Systems Analyst or a Technical Business Analyst, preferably with system design, or UI design experience.

This role involves gathering of both business and technical requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects, from a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external. The role is integral to the creation of user stories, wireframes, diagrams, and other essential design elements that are crucial for the production of high-quality software products. Additionally, responsibilities extend to the creation of user manuals, help files, training materials, and at times detailed documentation of the software developed, ensuring clarity and usability for end-users.

Key responsibilities:

• Gathering business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
• Running requirement workshops and meetings with external and internal clients
• Formulating detailed requirements that serve as a foundation for all project team members, including project managers, systems architects, developers, testers, end users, and client stakeholders.

Location:

The role will be based in either our Skipton BD23 3FD, Leeds LS1 2HL, or Saltaire BD18 3LF.  JBA supports agile working which provides for greater flexibility with the way that we work.
