Apprentice Civil Engineer

Are you interested in Civil Engineering? Do you want to join a dynamic and growing company whilst working to achieve a BSc/BEng degree?

We have several exciting opportunities within our growing engineering teams for an ICE accredited Civil Engineering degree apprentice. A degree apprenticeship is a fantastic alternative to a traditional campus-based programme, with the opportunity to earn a salary whilst still achieving a Bachelor of Science/Engineering (BSc/BEng) Civil Engineering degree.

Candidates will be required to build a knowledge of civil engineering and will possess an interest in developing and progressing a career in the engineering consultancy. They will report to an Engineer and will assist with the delivery of a range of engineering and environmental improvement projects, including asset inspection, options appraisal, concept design and detailed scheme design.

Following completion of probation and successful apprenticeship enrolment, apprenticeships would start in Autumn 2023. Study will be undertaken in the form of day or block release at university combined with supported workplace training, working to achieve a BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering.
