Women in FCERM Awards application process now open

Nominations for the Women in FCERM awards 2022 are now open – and we’re pleased to be hosting the application process on behalf of the Environment Agency.

As a proud partner of both the Women in Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management (WiFCERM) initiative and annual awards, we are very excited to be hosting the application process for this year’s awards, which are being sponsored by Jacobs.

Applications for the Women in FCERM Awards 2022 are now open and are an opportunity to celebrate inspiring individuals who have influenced their organisation or the sector or have championed gender equality.

“JBA are pleased to once again support and be a part of the Women in FCERM (WiFCERM) initiative. WiFCERM plays a valuable role in supporting and connecting women working across the flood and coastal erosion risk management (FCERM) sector. While the group is focussed on women and those who line-manage them, membership of the group is also open to all as part of a wider goal to improve and achieve gender equality for everyone.

At JBA we believe that every employee can only contribute to the best of their capacity when they are included, respected, valued and supported, and are continually looking for opportunities to maximise diversity and inclusion. Therefore, JBA is delighted to partner with WiFCERM to help further this goal throughout the environmental consultancy industry.” Jack Dudman, Senior Analyst, JBA Consulting.

An award for each of the category of the Women in FCERM awards 2022 will be presented at the Flood and Coast Conference Excellence Awards’ Dinner on the evening of Wednesday 8 June 2022.
