Wave Overtopping Sea Wall CFD Modelling example

Here we show a sea wall with a recurved crown and an extreme wave being deflected back out to sea, but with some overtopping. This Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) model can be used to optimise the design and the introduction of drain points to minimise the volume of water remaining on the inland side of the sea wall.
