Applications for graduate positions in our Engineering disciplines open this week with interviews and appointments to be made before Christmas. We hope the programme, which features a structured two-year Graduate Scheme, will attract the top graduate talent in our sector to apply for roles with us in 2018.
Applications for graduate positions in our Water Management/Geoscience, Environmental Management and Software/Systems Development teams will open in November, with interviews and appointments following in the New Year.
We want our graduates’ careers with us to be happy and rewarding and our culture and people are sure to make that happen. Personal development, mentoring, and teamwork are just a few of the benefits of building a career with us.
Our One Team ethos, which encourages shared responsibility, alignment and great teamwork within and between teams, is essential for the effective delivery of our services. We care for our clients’ business as our business and think and act like business partners, not academic advisors. We share our clients’ aspirations, work to understand their reality, and align our incentives with their objectives — so they know we’re in this together.
Successful applicants will contribute to exciting and innovative projects whilst working alongside technical specialists and industry experts. They will participate in our Graduate Scheme, a two-year in-house development programme specifically aimed at providing a comprehensive foundation for graduates’ future careers with us. This gives graduates the opportunity to learn about different facets of our business, to work with a wide range of staff and to try different disciplines first hand.
Graduate Scheme Coordinator, Dr Maxine Zaidman, commented “By participating in our graduate scheme, graduates gain skills and experience that strongly underpin the rest of their professional careers.”
