Kickstart opportunities with JBA
We’re proud to be a Kickstart employer. The Kickstart Scheme is a programme launched by the government to support the creation of new job roles for 16-24 years olds.
We recently created four Kickstart roles within JBA including software tester, digital communications assistant, office administrator and topographic survey assistant – and we’re really excited that the first of these roles has been successfully recruited.
Alex Scott, Programme Manager has been telling us more:
‘As part of our support for the Kickstart Scheme to help young people back into work, we’re also providing bespoke training focusing on skills such as teamwork, communication and organisation, to help them move into long-term employment. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make the first steps towards a rewarding career and we’re delighted to be able to help.’
